Job Title: Sr. Workday Principal Consultant
Location: Remote
Duration: Long-Term Contract
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Workday Principal Consultant to join our team supporting Coforge/Sabre. The ideal candidate will have deep Workday HCM knowledge across multiple modules and be able to provide strategic guidance, lead implementations, and ensure seamless integration with business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Workday implementation and optimization projects, serving as the primary subject matter expert
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Workday configurations
- Provide hands-on configuration and support across Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Benefits, Recruiting, etc.)
- Drive system enhancements, integrations, testing, and UAT
- Develop custom reports using Workday Report Writer and Workday Studio
- Mentor junior Workday consultants and ensure best practices
- Act as a liaison between client stakeholders, internal teams, and third-party vendors
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 10+ years of overall experience with 6+ years in Workday HCM
- Hands-on experience with multiple Workday modules: Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits
- Workday certification(s) strongly preferred
- Experience in Workday implementations, optimization, and post-production support
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Experience working in a global or remote delivery model
