As a Systems Integrator you will serve as a key interface between the requirements, design, subsystem engineering, system engineering, and production teams.
In this role you will:
Perform systems integration, test planning and implementation
Coordinate the planning, organizing, control, integration, and completion of Engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility
Support test activities on site
Perform data reviews and provide feedback to test and integration teams

Basic Qualifications
Experience with Systems Engineering processes and Systems Integration functions which may include:
a.) System trade studies and/or System modeling
b.) Requirements and Interface Control Document (ICD) development
c.) System Integration, Test and/or Verification
d.) Test planning and implementation with an
understanding of all the interdependencies
e.) Design reviews
Active or Current Secret clearance; ship required
Desired skills
Understanding of systems thinking skills and behaviors
System design and test experience with one or more subsystems or fields outside of Systems Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Propulsion, RF, Software, etc.)
Experience with operations design
Ability to absorb extensive technical detail and logically formulate solutions for implementation on an inflexible schedule, often requiring integration of conflicting and, at times, incomplete data
Demonstrated behaviors of a systems thinker; selects and applies appropriate systems thinking skills to solve very complex problems and implement constructive change
Demonstrated experience of good judgment and programmatic implementation vital to meet technical requirements while balancing schedules and budget obligations
Ability to operate in a dynamic environment and take on numerous roles as part of the daily program operations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent social skills, with the ability to lead multi-functional teams, shape meaningful relationships with team members and deliver consensus among peers
Excellent leadership skills and whole systems thinking
Active Secret security clearance with investigation in the last 5 years
Bachelor of Science or higher from an accredited college in Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, or related engineering discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $104,500 - $184,115. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays.
