York IT Solutions is hiring Helpdesk Specialist in contract and onsite capacity.

Role : Helpdesk Specialist II
Duration: 12 months
Rate:$20-$25.00 an hr W2

Top Skills:
5-7 years of hardware / software support
Imaging
M365 / Windows 11
Experience is a corporate office setting
Windows and Mac experience is preferred
Valid drivers licenses and reliable transportation

Job Description:

Serve as a key resource for onboarding new hires, ensuring seamless setup and system access.
Provide Level 2 technical support for end users, addressing complex issues related to the installation, configuration, and operation of assigned hardware and software products.
Escalate unresolved issues to Level 3 support as appropriate.
