Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of designers, artists, and creatives to produce high-quality and innovative work that captivates our audience and drives business success.
• Develop and frame creative concepts that align with project objectives and brand guidelines, ensuring they resonate with our target audience.
• Brainstorm new ideas and strategies, establishing clear artistic direction and mock-up designs for various projects across digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and brand initiatives.
• Visualize, design, and conceptualize user experiences, creating visual prototypes to illustrate design concepts and bring our ideas to life.
• Execute design directions with finesse, managing the design process from ideation to execution, and signing off on final designs that meet quality standards and project requirements.
• Inspire the team through innovative ideas, exceptional designs, and a commitment to quality, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment where creativity thrives.
• Collaborate with the CEO, project teams, and other stakeholders to identify project needs, provide creative input, and maintain the creative concept throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage, mentor, and coach the design team, providing guidance and support to help them grow their skills and reach their full potential.
• Provide creative input, strategy, and support to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, driving innovation and excellence in everything we do.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience defining and driving the design process and direction for large interactive projects for web and other media, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in all things digital.
• Proven experience in generating creative ideas and concepts, with a passion for pushing the boundaries of design and innovation.
• Excellent knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition, with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.
• Driven to lead the design team and propel the company forward with innovative and impactful designs, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
• Experience in information architecture, user interface essentials, interaction design, style guide creation, and motion design is a plus.
• Fluent in the language of design, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts effectively to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and delegate responsibilities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
