Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager (BA/PM) to join our team. This hybrid role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in both business analysis and project management within the property & casualty or commercial insurance industry (note: health insurance experience does not qualify).

The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of insurance products, processes, and technology, with the ability to lead projects and gather, document, and analyze business requirements effectively. This role offers an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in continuing to perform in a dual BA/PM capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and define requirements.

  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

  • Create BRDs, FRDs, process flows, user stories, and other key documentation.

  • Identify business process improvement opportunities and help design effective solutions.

  • Manage project timelines, resources, risks, and communications with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to ensure clarity and alignment.

  • Ensure project deliverables meet business objectives and are completed on time and within scope.
