We are seeking a Technical Business Development Manager for one of our clients in Fremont, California, offering a competitive salary range of $80,000 $150,000 annually, depending on experience. This role will drive new business growth in the Electric Vehicle (EV) market by identifying opportunities, developing strategies, and building relationships with key decision-makers. The position requires a strong technical background, the ability to collaborate cross-functionally, and a proven track record in sales or business development within the wire harness or electronics industry.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business development strategies for the EV market.
Identify new customers, qualify opportunities, and present tailored proposals.
Collaborate with engineering, quoting, and program teams to meet customer needs.
Manage RFQs, pricing strategies, and business tracking in Salesforce.
Attend industry events and represent the company professionally to clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
3 5 years of experience in business development or sales within wire harness, EV, or electronics industries.
Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
Experience with Salesforce and cross-functional collaboration.
