Our healthcare client, located in West Palm Beach, Florida is seeking an experienced A/V Systems Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise-wide audio-visual and telepresence solutions. This is a hybrid, contract role looking to start ASAP
This role will lead the technical design and support of audio-visual systems across multiple facilities, including Microsoft Teams Rooms, telehealth platforms, executive boardrooms, clinical training centers, and public meeting spaces. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality, HIPAA-compliant virtual care and collaboration experiences while working closely with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing and supporting enterprise A/V systems
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Teams Room Systems and video conferencing platforms
- Experience with telehealth technologies and HIPAA compliance requirements
- Strong understanding of digital audio/video signal processing and network protocols
- Proven track record of managing vendor relationships and coordinating system installations
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
- Ability to work on-site in West Palm Beach, FL (3 days/week)
