  • Participate in the end-to-end implementation lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

  • Support and troubleshoot payroll and time-related issues across systems, ensuring seamless data flow and integrity.

  • Work closely with integration teams to maintain and optimize interfaces between Workday Payroll, Kronos/Symplr, and Workday Financials.

  • Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and internal control requirements.

  • Create and maintain detailed documentation, process flows, test cases, and user guides.

  • Provide user training and support to payroll teams, HR stakeholders, and managers.

  • Recommend process improvements to streamline payroll operations and enhance employee experience.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong hands-on experience in Workday Payroll configuration and support.

  • Expertise in Kronos (UKG) or Symplr Time & Attendance configuration and implementation.

  • Experience working on projects involving Workday Financials or ERP alignment is highly desirable.

  • Solid understanding of end-to-end U.S. payroll processes, tax calculations, deductions, earnings, and compliance rules.

  • Proven experience collaborating across HR, Payroll, and Finance functions on cross-functional projects.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and system troubleshooting abilities.

  • Excellent communication skills and experience interacting with business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
