Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant Remote Full-Time

<>Position Summary:</>

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant to support the design, configuration, implementation, and ongoing optimization of Oracle's Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud suite. This role will collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative HR solutions that streamline processes and enhance employee experience.

<>Key Responsibilities:</>
  • Implement and configure modules within the Oracle HCM Cloud suite, including (but not limited to):

    • Core HR

    • Talent Management

    • Payroll

    • Absence Management

    • Recruiting & Onboarding

    • Time and Labor

  • Conduct business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.

  • Provide end-to-end support for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.

  • Partner with business users to define business processes and configure the system accordingly.

  • Conduct user training and create documentation (e.g., user guides, SOPs).

  • Troubleshoot functional issues and collaborate with Oracle Support as needed.

  • Ensure data integrity and support data migration and integration efforts with other systems.

  • Stay current with Oracle HCM Cloud updates and new features (quarterly releases).

<>Required Qualifications:</>
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

  • 3 7+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and support.

  • In-depth knowledge of one or more Oracle HCM modules.

  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and best practices.

  • Experience in project lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and documentation.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

<>Preferred Qualifications:</>
  • Oracle Cloud Certification in HCM modules.

  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Fast Formulas, or BI Publisher.

  • Prior experience with change management and training delivery.
