Vaco is actively seeking a Salesforce Product Owner with Financial Services Cloud (FSC) for a direct-hire position with our client in St. Louis.
Primary Focus:
This role will specifically focus on enhancing and integrating Financial Services Cloud (FSC) wealth management capabilities across the enterprise, driving platform customization and ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary business owner for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, with a focus on wealth management functionality and advisor workflows.
- Define users, create and maintain user stories, and prioritize the backlog for new or revised features to streamline execution of priorities.
- Act as quality gatekeeper by reviewing and accepting completed stories, ensuring deliverables meet defined acceptance criteria and align with business objectives.
- Maintain strong relationships with leadership, program management, and stakeholders outside the agile team to ensure alignment and transparency across initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, refine, and prioritize business requirements for new features, enhancements, customizations, and integrations within an Agile environment.
- Partner with Salesforce developers, architects, and admins to design, configure, and implement solutions aligned with wealth management best practices.
- Oversee integrations between Salesforce FSC and other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, portfolio management, trading platforms, data warehouses, etc).
- Maintain a clear product roadmap, balancing immediate business needs with long-term platform scalability and compliance requirements.
- Translate complex financial services processes into Salesforce workflows, dashboards, and automated processes.
- Ensure the platform meets compliance, data privacy, and regulatory standards within the financial sector.
- Lead UAT cycles, provide training, and promote adoption across financial advisors, operations, and compliance teams.
- Monitor platform performance, user feedback, and adoption metrics to continuously identify ongoing optimization opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role within Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
- Previous direct experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud’s (FSC) wealth management features and templates.
- Understanding of wealth management processes including client onboarding, relationship modeling, investment goal tracking, and compliance workflows.
- Prior experience delivering Salesforce enhancements, customizations, and integrations with other enterprise systems.
- Excellent communication across the enterprise with the ability to bridge technical, regulatory, and business perspectives.
- Knowledge of financial sector compliance requirements (e.g., KYC, SEC, FINRA) is a plus.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Financial Services Cloud Specialist or Salesforce Certified Administrator preferred.
