Job Title: Senior Confluence Administrator (Notion to Atlassian Confluence Migration)
Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite)
Duration- long Term
Contract On W2
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Confluence Administrator to lead the migration of content and workflows from Notion to Atlassian Confluence. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Confluence administration and a strong understanding of both platforms' structure and capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute content migration from Notion to Confluence
- Configure Confluence spaces, permissions, templates, and macros
- Ensure data integrity, structure, and usability post-migration
- Collaborate with teams to recreate and optimize workflows
- Provide training and documentation for end-users
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Confluence administrator
- Direct experience migrating content from Notion
- Experience with JIRA
- Strong understanding of Confluence best practices and permissions
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
