Job Description: Fullstack AI Engineer (Java/Spring Boot + AWS SageMaker)
Location: Plano or Reston
We are looking for a Fullstack AI Engineer with strong backend expertise to build scalable AI-driven applications.
Primary focus will be on backend development using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
Hands-on experience with AWS SageMaker for model training, deployment, and inference is essential.
Collaborate with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to integrate models into production systems.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services optimized for AI workflows.
20% of work involves front-end development using Angular for user-facing features.
Implement CI/CD pipelines, logging, and monitoring for AI applications on AWS.
Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools is a plus.
Knowledge of AWS Bedrock or interest in generative AI platforms is a nice-to-have.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills are required.
Experience with OCR Tools is required for this role (Tesseract, Adobe, Textract etc).
