Mode of Hiring: Long Term Contract
Job Description:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer science or Electronics, or a related field, with minimum 10+ Years of relevant experience.
- 6+ years of experience in Problem Management or Major Incident Management.
- Good Experience of ITIL Problem Management and Major Incident Management processes.
- ITIL Foundation certified, Service-Now experience is a plus.
- Strong Knowledge of platform services: Windows, Linux/Unix, Network, and Storage systems.
- Provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) document within 5 business days of incident resolution.
- Review monthly metrics (RCA submissions, CAPA closure, Problem Record closure) and achieve targets.
- Awareness of security and customer data protection.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
