Business Applications Analyst I

Overview:
  • As a Business Applications Analyst I, you will play a pivotal role in helping the Product Development team identify business needs, gather requirements, and ensure the successful implementation of enhancements and new capabilities within our PLM system.
  • This individual will work closely with stakeholders, including product owners, program managers, developers, and end-users, to ensure that the system meets the evolving needs of the organization.
Skills:
  • Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements for PLM system enhancements and new capabilities.
  • Analysis: Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and propose effective solutions.
  • Documentation: Create detailed business requirements documents, user stories, use cases, process flow diagrams, and other relevant documentation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, program management, developers, end users, and QA to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and to support the successful delivery of projects.
  • Testing & Validation: Participate in the testing process to ensure that solutions meet the specified requirements and business needs.
  • Organizational Change Management: Assist in the development and execution of OCM plans to ensure smooth adoption of new PLM system features and enhancements.
Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field with at least 0-2 years of relevant experience
