Title- Lead Genesys Developer
Location- Must be local to Newark, NJ - hybrid

Required Skill(s):
- 5+ years of hands-on Genesys development experience with a strong emphasis on IVR self-service systems.
- Deep knowledge of Genesys Voice Platform (GVP), Genesys Composer, GML, VXML, CCXML, and SIP Server.
- Strong experience in integrating with CRM systems, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Proven success in designing and maintaining self-service voice applications for enterprise-level contact centers.
- Familiarity with Genesys Cloud CX or Genesys Engage.
