Position: SAP PP Consultant (Onsite)
Location: Phoenix, AZ || Local Preferred; Relocation OK ||
Duration: 6-12+ Months

Job Description

Seeking an experienced SAP PP Consultant to lead implementation, configuration, and support of the SAP PP module in complex manufacturing environments. The role requires strong expertise in production planning processes and integration with SAP MM, SD, QM, and FI/CO modules. Exposure to Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end SAP PP implementations including requirement analysis, configuration, testing, and go-live support

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate manufacturing needs into SAP solutions

  • Configure master and transactional data: Material Master, Work Centers, BOMs, Routings, Production Orders, MRP, and Capacity Planning

  • Integrate SAP PP with MM, SD, QM, and FI/CO for seamless cross-module processes

  • Provide support for shop floor control and various manufacturing types

  • Develop specifications for system enhancements and collaborate with technical teams

  • Conduct user training and offer post-implementation support

  • Assist in Procure-to-Pay process integration (preferred)

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of discrete, process, and repetitive manufacturing

  • Expertise in MRP, production order management, capacity planning, and scheduling

  • Experience integrating SAP PP with MM, SD, QM, and FI/CO

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with SAP PTP processes

  • Experience with data migration, test automation, and SAP Fiori
