Position Overview

We are seeking an ERP Developer 3 to support enterprise applications through programming, analysis, and system integration. The role involves reviewing, analyzing, and modifying programming systems, including encoding, testing, debugging, and maintaining ERP applications. The candidate will ensure seamless software integration, maintain technical documentation, and collaborate with both technical and business teams.

This position requires strong expertise with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing modules, along with advanced ETL skills for migrating legacy system data into PeopleSoft and building new interface programs with third-party systems.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a large, remote team environment are essential. Some off-hours work may be required depending on project phase.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, analyze, and modify ERP programming systems.

  • Encode, test, and debug applications to support enterprise ERP systems.

  • Ensure ERP software can be fully integrated into existing systems.

  • Perform ETL procedures for data conversion from legacy systems into PeopleSoft.

  • Develop new interface programs between PeopleSoft and third-party applications.

  • Coordinate ERP software integration and maintain technical documentation.

  • Collaborate with remote teams and stakeholders to meet business requirements.

  • Support standard SDLC activities and other assigned project tasks.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing modules.

  • 8+ years of development experience with PeopleTools (PeopleCode, Application Packages, Application Engine, COBOL, SQR).

  • 8+ years of experience with Integration Broker (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).

  • 8+ years of experience with advanced SQL and PL/SQL in Oracle databases.

  • 8+ years of experience with Linux OS scripting.

  • 8+ years of experience working with Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).

  • 8+ years of experience analyzing business requirements and creating technical design documents.

  • 4+ years of experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio).

  • 4+ years of experience working with MS Teams in a large, collaborative team setting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience working with public sector organizations (Federal, State, or Local Government).

  • 2+ years of experience with the State of Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials system.

  • 2+ years of experience working with the Treasury Offset Program (TOP).

  • 2+ years of experience with SharePoint.

  • 1+ year of experience with Jira.

  • 1+ year of experience working with the Scrum framework.

  • 1+ year of experience using STAT.
