Role & Responsibilities
- User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research to understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points. Create user personas and journey maps to inform design decisions.
- Design & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications. Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and user expectations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to iterate on designs and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and refine designs for optimal user experience.
- Accessibility & Inclusivity: Ensure designs are accessible to all users, including those with disabilities, and adhere to industry standards.
- Documentation: Create design documentation, including style guides, component libraries, and design systems, to maintain consistency across products.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest UX/UI design trends and technologies in the fintech industry to continuously improve design practices.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in the fintech or financial services sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Familiarity with prototyping tools like InVision or Axure.
- Design Knowledge: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present design concepts to stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve complex design challenges creatively.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
