Job Description:
Join our team in Phoenix, AZ, as a Program Manager responsible for overseeing the delivery of cross-functional products.
This onsite contract position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage projects in a dynamic environment.
You will collaborate with various teams to ensure the successful integration and delivery of products using generic technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Define and deliver capabilities that align with strategic product roadmaps.
Collaborate with various teams to drive program outcomes and enhance delivery predictability.
Serve as the primary contact for teams and stakeholders throughout the delivery process.
Coordinate teams to manage and escalate issues and risks, ensuring timely delivery.
Contribute to investment decisions and capacity allocation processes.

Qualifications
Proven experience in managing cross-functional product delivery.
Strong organizational and communication skills in a matrixed environment.
Ability to translate project progress into actionable reporting for leadership.
Experience in agile delivery initiatives within complex environments.
Capable of working collaboratively to gain agreement from stakeholders.
