Job Details

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Orlando, FL that is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Land Development with a background in civil engineering to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to lead a variety of land development projects and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

Responsibilities:
* Oversee and guide design teams on residential and commercial development projects
* Manage multiple projects, including timelines, budgets, and client communications
* Coordinate with local and state agencies for permitting and regulatory compliance
* Support business development efforts by identifying new project opportunities
* Ensure quality and consistency in project deliverables

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
* Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
* 10+ years of experience in civil engineering
* Proven experience in project management
* Experience working in Florida or similar regulatory environments is a plus
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Ability to manage teams and maintain client relationships
* Solid understanding of land development, stormwater, and utility design
* Proficiency with engineering software such as AutoCAD and other relevant tools
* Organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
