Job Description
Established knowledge in using ticketing and software tools such as BMC Remedy, Incident Portal, Jira, Cherwell, etc.
Experience operating as a lead resource on a team of at least 5 other members.
Experience in using/writing queries and dashboards in Splunk.
Required experience in the Telecom industry, specifically in provisioning flow for HSD, Voice, and Video lines of business.
Established knowledge and experience in writing queries against databases preferably SQL, Hadoop, DocumentDB (AWS).
