Associate Digital Producer, Email Campaigns

We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate Digital Producer to join our dynamic team, focusing on email marketing campaigns for a major fashion retailer. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with various teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of email marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Design, and Merchandising, to create impactful email assets.
• Conduct quality assurance checks for email builds in multiple languages, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness.
• Track and manage email project timelines, adjusting priorities as needed to meet tight deadlines.
• Utilize marketing content management systems to streamline campaign processes and enhance efficiency.

Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of project management experience, preferably in e-commerce or agency settings.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a knack for collaborating with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in using tools such as Sharepoint, Airtable, and other marketing management systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in email marketing or digital content production.
• Familiarity with bilingual marketing strategies, particularly for English, French, and Spanish audiences.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
• A genuine interest in e-commerce and digital marketing trends.
