We are looking for a highly experienced Full Stack Staff-Level Software Engineer to join our Technology Enablement and Platform Engineering department. In this role, you will partner with our Cloud Engineering team to build a self-service portal aimed at accelerating cloud adoption while ensuring consistent security and governance around cloud deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the technical strategy, roadmap and architectural design of software systems.
  • Develop and maintain scalable applications using full-stack technologies.
  • Creates and manages CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
  • Mentor and guide engineers on technical aspects of cloud and full-stack development.
  • Coordinate efforts across multiple teams and departments.
  • Lead and facilitate technical discussions and presentations.
  • Actively engage in engineering community channels and events.
  • Act as a technical advisor and reviewer for critical projects.
  • Demonstrate emotional intelligence and empathy when interacting with others.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of cloud platforms (Google Cloud preferred), cloud-native technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker), and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) practices.
  • Expertise in both front-end and back-end development, including programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java), frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Spring Boot), and databases (e.g., relational, NoSQL).
  • Good understanding of Network and Security principles.
  • Ability to mentor junior engineers, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and facilitate clear communication across the organization.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to implement solutions independently.
  • Ability to produce comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach other engineers.
  • 8+ years of full stack development experience.
  • Bachelor s in computer science, computer engineering, or related field.
