Requirements

  • 8+ or more years in Project Management leading multi-agency, enterprise-level IT initiatives.
  • Proficiency in PMBOK methodologies for managing full project life cycles.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project to develop, manage, and track detailed project schedules.
  • Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies for planning and delivery.
  • Experience with business process reengineering and process gap analysis.
  • Experience in risk mitigation, issue resolution, and budget oversight across long-term projects.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with executive stakeholders and project teams.

Responsibilities :-

  • Manage high-priority IT initiatives through all phases of the project life cycle.
  • Proficiency in coordinating project schedules, dependencies, and deliverables across agencies.
  • Lead development and execution of project plans, resource assignments, and timelines.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirements gathering sessions.
  • Oversee scope management, user acceptance testing (UAT), and quality control activities.
  • Track project status, metrics, budgets, and implement change management procedures.
  • Communicate goals, updates, and outcomes clearly with stakeholders and project staff.
