We are seeking a highly motivated and action-oriented Sr Analyst for Field Operations to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will partner with Enterprise and Mid-Market Sales Leaders to drive strategic initiatives, optimize sales processes, and ensure the success of our sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Enterprise and Mid-Market Sales Leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations to the sales team.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of sales territories, quotas, and compensation plans.
  • Participate in the development and rollout of sales tools and system enhancements to boost seller productivity.
  • Manage cross-functional projects that impact the sales organization.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures within the sales team.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, sales strategy, RevOps, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel or Gsheets. SQL and Tableau skills are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of management and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

Salary Range: $95,000 to $112,500
