Ideal Candidate Profile: An experienced Technology Architect with a strong background in ServiceNow CMDB and integrations. The ideal candidate will be able to perform technical assessments, define technical architecture for CSDM alignment, and design scalable, secure, and high-performing CMDB architectures. They should also possess strong documentation and advisory skills.

Responsibilities: As a Business Function Designer, you will be responsible for supporting the analysis and design of new function business processes. Your role will involve identifying and defining detailed requirements while serving as a liaison to the business community. You will participate in user and task analysis to maintain the business community's perspective. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) is required. Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow Flow Designer is recommended.

Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Develop process maps and documentation to illustrate current and future state business processes.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that business requirements are translated into functional specifications.

Conduct regular reviews with stakeholders to validate requirements and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Mentor junior team members and share best practices to enhance team performance."
