The Opportunity
As part of the Integration and Platform Architecture team you will take hands-on ownership of designing scalable and resourceful technical solutions that align with PwC's enterprise architecture standards. As a Manager you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff while maintaining project success and upholding exceptional standards. This role offers the chance to work with product teams and PwC Enterprise Architects, driving innovative marketing automation solutions that meet performance, security, and compliance requirements.

What You Must Have
- High School Diploma
- At least 4 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Hands-on design and implementation experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Proficiency in AMPScript, HTML, and programming languages
- Experience with OneTrust and Middleware integration
- Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs
- Understanding of data management and hygiene strategies
- Rapidly learning and adopting new technologies
- Leading through influence across multiple teams
- Collaboration and communication skills across global teams

The salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $244,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
