Job Details

Primary Talent Partners has an open 12 month W2 contract with a large utliities client of ours in the Charlotte, NC area.

Pay Range: $65.00 to $70.00 per hour (No PTO, benefits, etc but self funded ACA-compliant healthcare plan available to opt-in to)


Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Product Analyst to support a cross-functional Salesforce CRM product team. This team is focused on delivering scalable, high-impact CRM solutions using Agile methodologies. The Product Analyst will work closely with internal and external development resources and be embedded in a business-led product structure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to define and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and identify trends and insights.
  • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the development team.
  • Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure product quality.
  • Support the Product Owner in maintaining a clear and actionable product backlog.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Salesforce Developers: Onshore and offshore
  • Salesforce QA Testers: Offshore
  • Salesforce Business Analysts: Onshore
  • Product Analyst: You!

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience as a Product Analyst or similar role in Agile environments.
  • Proven experience supporting Salesforce CRM implementations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Experience working with distributed teams and external vendors.
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and AppExchange integrations.
  • Experience in utility or energy sector CRM projects is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and adapt to evolving priorities.
