Samsung SDS America, Inc. is looking for Warehouse IT & Helpdesk Support ensures coverage of any IT related items for continuous site operation, troubleshoot IT issues, network and computer support, utilizing additional Headquarter IT support.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Head quarter's annual asset audit
  • Support IT daily operations & W/H support of network issues
  • Follow up system maintenance
  • Support trouble shooting of personal computer and network printers
  • Manage phone system and communication system support
  • Support and manage security related access card or equipment
  • Support RF Gun management
  • Support new hire setup : PC & work station
  • Support operations IT related issues
  • Support Helpdesk application management
  • Manage user accounts, passwords, updates and resets
  • Support troubleshooting all hardware, software and network issues
  • Escalate issues to 2nd and 3rd level support teams
  • Manage all electronic assets in the warehouse
  • Provide regular reports to the Head of Team
  • Any additional IT-related issues
  • Provide IT support for various locations including PA, GA, FL, and others if needed

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of progressive experience as IT & Helpdesk Support or equivalent experience in warehouse systems (hardware and software) support setting with proven Tier 1 IT Support
  • Knowledge of IT principles, concepts and methods
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Reliable and analytical, problems solver and thinker
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Positive mindset, attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-motivated and responsible in work
  • Build relationships, client service and support
  • Integrity, adaptability, and flexibility in role
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
  • Ability to Travel: up to 20 % in U.S.
  • Required to work On-Site: 705 S. Church St #301, Hazleton, PA 18201 (Onsite)
