Role: Solution Architect - Google Workspace migration
Location: San Diego, CA/ Atlanta, GA(Hybrid)
Duration: Long Term

Qualifications
8+ years of progressive experience in solution architecture, with a strong focus on large-scale enterprise IT migrations.
Demonstrated expertise in designing and leading migrations from Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Outlook, SharePoint Online, OneDrive) to Google Workspace (Gmail, G-Cal, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Deep technical knowledge of Google Workspace administration, security features, and migration tools (GWMMO, GWME, GCDS).
Strong understanding of identity management systems (e.g., Active Directory, SAML-based SSO) and their integration with Google Workspace.
Experience with cloud-native architectures and leveraging Google Cloud Platform services.
Proven ability to design secure, scalable, and highly available enterprise solutions.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to complex technical challenges.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience leading technical teams and guiding implementation efforts.
Relevant Google Cloud or Google Workspace certifications (e.g., Google Workspace Administrator, Google Cloud Architect) highly preferred.
