Job Description
A greatopportunity to work on cutting-edge AI shopping experiences, collaborate with diverse teams, and shape consumer-facing products.
Responsibilities
Design expressive, human-centered solutions that balance emotion and function, while aligning with internal system guidelines.
Communicate clear perspectives on customer experiences and their underlying rationale using diverse visual storytelling techniques.
Rapidly visualize concepts for new product experiences or existing ones.
Partner with product, engineering, research, and design to create beautiful and inclusive expressive content that delights and engages our customers.
Create or implement prototypes and assist with presentations. Collaborate with other design teams on shared initiatives.
Develop style guidelines, specs, or other deliverables to document the essential elements of a design solution for development or future use.
Actively represent the design and collaborate with engineering and product teams to champion customer excellence.
With an obsessive eye for detail, to ensure quality fit and finish for product releases.?
Requirements
2-4 years of UX design / UI design/product design work experience required?
Portfolio demonstrating excellence in user experience and interaction design, visual design, creativity, and compelling storytelling.
Ability to discuss and present an in-depth knowledge of standard design principles: color, typography, layout, and brand.?
Excellent & clear communication skills?
Experience in planning and delivering work independently in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team.
Bachelors degree in interaction design, visual communication, human-computer interaction, or equivalent experience.
Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (required) and emerging AI technologies
Proficiency in advanced prototyping tools, adept at translating design specifications into tangible prototypes, including motion design.
Experience with brand and marketing design, icon design, and typographic design is a plus.
Customer-centric mindset.
The ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment via exceptional time management skills is critical.
Top 3 Must-Haves
1. Minimum 2 years of experience with Figma and prototyping tools
2. Minimum 2 years of experience with UX/UI design
3. Minimum 1 year experience with AI-related apps or technologies (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity)
4. Portfolios are required upon candidate submission - should include a minimum of 3, max of 5 projects
Typical Task Breakdown
20-25% Meetings | 75-80% Heads-down design work
