JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and oversee departmental and project financials for the Workforce Technology organization, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and analysis.
  • Develop and implement standardized project management financial processes and tools to optimize budget planning and control.
  • Provide executive-level reporting on budget/planning, actuals, and forecasts for both capital and operational expenses, supporting portfolios, programs, and projects.
  • Manage complex project financials, analyzing the financial impact of project actions, tracking budget expenditures, and maintaining budget tracking tools.
  • Collaborate closely with technology executives, delivery leaders, finance, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle to ensure financial goals are met.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project Financial Controller (Financial Analyst), with a focus on managing costs for technology programs and projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including VLookup, Pivot Tables, modeling/report building, and handling large datasets.
  • Strong understanding of project accounting, GAAP principles, and project execution processes.
  • Moderate to advanced SAP experience, including pulling reports, exporting data, and performing data analysis.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with executive leadership and influence key business decisions.
