Service Desk Analyst
Summary
Our client is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to serve as the first contact for customers who need technical assistance via phone or email.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer issues via phone, email, in-person, and chat.
- Follow-up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
Requirements
- 2+ years Help Desk or Technical Support experience.
- Experience with O365.
- Dependability, reliability.
- Common sense, logical.
Preferred
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Intune
- Mobile Device Management
This is a 6-Month Contract opportunity with potential to extend with our Charlotte, NC client.
