Position Summary:
We seek a seasoned professional with a minimum track record of three years in full-cycle software testing. The ideal candidate will be adept at both creating and performing test procedures, while meticulously recording and reporting any discrepancies between actual and expected software behaviors. Proficiency in deconstructing requirements into meticulous test cases and identifying software anomalies is crucial.

Key Qualifications:
1. Demonstrable experience in testing within the Health and Human Services (HHS) domain, particularly focused on the verification of Integrated Eligibility (IE) regulations for assistance programs such as TANF, Medicaid, SNAP, and Child Care.
2. A strong grasp of testing methodologies, including white-box, black-box, and various forms of coverage and regression testing strategies.
3. Hands-on testing expertise with a repertoire that includes batch processes, user interfaces (e.g., flat files, SOAP UI), reporting mechanisms, various security role models, and data migration procedures.
4. Competent in the assessment of system documentation to extract testing goals, creation and refinement of test case documents, and conducting both functional and regression tests on web applications.
5. Adept at autonomously crafting and refining moderately complex SQL queries to confirm data integrity and validate output from databases.
6. Demonstrated history of successful testing and transition initiatives from legacy systems to modern web-based solutions.
7. Excellent communication abilities, both written and spoken.
8. Proficient in working autonomously, as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
9. Proven track record in managing numerous tasks and prioritizing workload to meet project deadlines.
10. Effective coordination skills for gathering information across various teams, presenting results, and facilitating resolution of issues.
11. Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, complete with sound judgment abilities.
12. Capacity to perform efficiently under tight deadlines.
13. Openness to residing and working within the central Pennsylvania region.

Desirable Skills:
1. Background in test automation frameworks.
2. Familiarity with assorted developmental methodologies including Agile, RUP, Lean, Waterfall, among others.
3. Experience with Azure DevOps suite for test case development and execution.
4. An advanced degree (Bachelor's or higher) in a relevant discipline.

Principal Duties:
The role encompasses consistent review of system-related documentation to discern testing requisites, formulating and revising test scenarios, running through functional as well as regression testing sequences for web-integrated applications.

Expected Outputs:
The responsibility includes the delivery of well-constructed test objectives, scenarios, cases, as well as collating defects, documenting failed test cases, regression suite maintenance, peer review outcomes on test case documentation.
