Role Overview
This vital hiring aligns with our Client's ongoing commitment to optimise their Radiant systems through expert build analysis and strategic support. As a Senior Radiant Build Analyst, your expertise will be instrumental in delivering complex solutions that support clinical operations and improve service delivery.



Key Responsibilities



  • Lead the design, build, and optimisation of Radiant systems to meet clinical and operational needs.

  • Analyse system requirements, architect solutions, and ensure optimal performance and compliance.

  • Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to implement system upgrades and enhancements.

  • Provide expert guidance on Radiant build best practices and future-proof strategies.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Radiant configurations and workflows.

  • Document processes, configurations, and system changes accurately.

  • Support testing phases and user acceptance testing, ensuring seamless deployment.



Essential Skills & Experience



  • Demonstrable experience with Radiant build analysis at a senior level.

  • Proven expertise with Radiant systems architecture, configuration, and optimisation.

  • Epic certification relevant to Radiant modules.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.

  • Experience with healthcare IT systems and understanding of clinical workflows.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver quality results on time.



Desirable Skills & Experience



  • Previous experience working in healthcare settings or with clinical informatics.

  • Exposure to project management methodologies.

  • Knowledge of additional healthcare IT systems or integrations.

  • Additional certifications in healthcare technology or system analysis.
