Pay Range: $20 - $25/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • This Windows 11 PC Refresh/Desktop/Field Support Technician is responsible for providing both project and daily operational support for all desktop platforms.
  • In this role, they are responsible for the installation, maintenance, modification, troubleshooting, replace/reimage of PCs primarily Windows 7/10 platforms and the associated peripherals.
  • PCs will be replaced/ re-imaged as part of the overall move to the Windows 11 platform.
  • This field technician must be able to travel to hospitals, clinics, and outpatient facilities near Macon, GA.
  • Analysis and support of desktop hardware and software including all peripherals.
  • Perform any necessary installation or maintenance required to ensure the proper functioning of desktop computing platforms.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Skills-PC Support , reimaging , imaging , windows -7/8/9/10/11 , desktop support.
  • Experience with PC setup or relocation, PC refreshes, or deploying new IT equipment.
  • Knowledge of Windows 7/8/10/11 operating systems and standard networking protocols.
  • Regularly update DHCP and networking settings to support network conversion.
  • Be able to modify Active Directory Domain membership on devices.
  • Responsible for testing of deployment of new equipment to replace aged or inoperable equipment.
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts to technical and non-technical users alike.
  • Must be able to pass the background check and drug screen, and have COVID-19 vaccination.
  • Prior Epic/EMR or Healthcare experience is a bonus.
  • Microsoft Desktop Certification/A+ Certification is a plus.
