Job Details

Avanciers are seeking an experienced Quick Turn Program Manager (QTPM) to join our execution team in Santa Clara. In this role, you will drive Speed of Light (SOL) execution and ensure zero-defect manufacturing for new product introduction (NPI) boards and system assemblies. You will be a key liaison between engineering, operations, and contract manufacturing teams, ensuring production readiness, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all build cycles.


< data-start="990" data-end="1019">Key Responsibilities</>
  • Lead execution of NPI builds and system assemblies at contract manufacturing (CM) sites, ensuring quality, delivery, and operational readiness.

  • Manage multiple builds including Quick Turn (QT), Mass Production (MP), Rework, and RMA both locally and overseas.

  • Coordinate production schedules, materials (CTB), and build readiness activities.

  • Conduct Control Run Readiness Reviews and manage Control Run builds.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (BPM, SQE, LDE) to resolve production issues, test results, and drive corrective actions.

  • Drive continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives at CM sites.

  • Manage communication between factory teams and internal stakeholders, including daily WIP updates.

  • Track shipments, handle ECO coordination, and ensure all documentation and BOM updates are accurate.

  • Lead reviews to identify and mitigate risks related to quality, schedule, or delivery.

  • Issue and manage Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs) and 8D closures, maintaining high quality and on-time delivery metrics.

  • 7+ years of experience in contract manufacturing, production planning, or operations management.

  • Bachelor s degree in Operations, Manufacturing, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.

  • Hands-on proficiency with SAP, MRP, and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas; macros a plus).

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven with a strong sense of ownership.

  • Flexibility to work swing shifts and weekends on a rotation basis.

  • Certifications in APICS, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing.

  • Experience in NPI build management or electronics manufacturing.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities.
