Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Functional w/Data Conversion
Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant who has led data conversion tracks. The ideal candidate should be more functional than technical, with the ability to understand business processes, manage stakeholders, and ensure smooth data migration activities.
Required Skills:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the data conversion track for Oracle Cloud HCM projects.
- Collaborate with business users and technical teams to gather requirements and validate data.
- Ensure data migration activities align with functional business processes.
- Drive conversations with stakeholders, provide updates, and manage expectations.
- Work independently while also coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Be hands-on when required to ensure successful delivery.
Qualifications:
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
- Proven experience in leading data conversion activities.
- Ability to translate business needs into functional solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to be hands-on when needed.
Work Site: Remote
