Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst (SCD Analyst) with expertise in Investment Accounting, Capital Markets, Transaction Management, CR Interfaces, Security Master, and Finance. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Aladdin and Eagle Investment Accounting systems, and hands-on experience in implementing effective business solutions within a financial services environment. Familiarity with SimCorp Dimension (SCD) is essential.

This role is critical in bridging business needs with technical solutions, ensuring seamless financial reporting and system integration.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and convert them into actionable technical specifications.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, document, and validate system requirements.
Optimize business processes and recommend enhancements for greater efficiency.
Manage and implement COTS products aligned with Capital Markets strategies.
Integrate and manage CR Interfaces to enhance system accuracy and data flow.
Leverage Aladdin and Eagle for improved investment accounting and reporting.
Oversee Business Transaction Management processes and drive continual improvements.
Lead stakeholder workshops, document deliverables, and ensure solution validation.
Train and support end-users for successful implementation and adoption.
Monitor and report project progress and key milestones.
Work cross-functionally to align project execution with organizational goals.

Required Experience:

10+ years of experience in Finance and Capital Markets.
Strong understanding of Enterprise Finance, COTS Capital Markets products.
Expertise with Aladdin and Eagle Investment Accounting platforms.
Proficient in Business Transaction Management and CR Interfaces.
Solid experience with SimCorp Dimension (SCD):
- Accounting, Interfaces, DFS/Dex, Portfolio Calculation, Finance Schemes, Data Warehousing,
- Cash Management, Fund Admin
- IFRS, US GAAP, JGAAP, Tax/Stat frameworks, Private Debt, Hedge Accounting, etc.
Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
CBAP and CFA certifications are mandatory.
