Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (PM) to lead and oversee complex IT initiatives. The Senior PM will manage both internal and external project teams, partner with stakeholders across multiple levels, and ensure the successful delivery of enterprise-scale IT products, services, or systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop, update, and execute project plans, timelines, and schedules.
  • Coordinate and integrate project activities across teams and vendors.
  • Provide leadership, oversight, and resource management.
  • Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and resolve issues proactively.
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance processes.
  • Deliver project briefings, status updates, and milestone reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and documentation standards.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and research.
  • Manage change control processes and support organizational change initiatives.
  • Oversee IT security planning and implementation.
  • Ensure end-user training and documentation are delivered effectively.

Experience Requirements
  • Proven management of 3+ large-scale IT or enterprise data projects within the last 4 of 5 years, leveraging Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
  • Track record of managing cross-agency or multi-stakeholder projects involving:
    • Business process analysis and optimization
    • Data governance practices
    • System integration initiatives
  • Experience with:
    • Data sharing across organizations
    • Resolving data standardization, access, and interoperability issues
    • Cloud-based data environments and system interfaces
    • Data quality assurance and technical troubleshooting
Education & Certification
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
