Job Title: Senior SharePoint Architect and Administrator (Engineer, Computer III, EC3)
Location: Philadelphia, PA (On-site/Hybrid)
Clearance: Active DoD Secret Clearance (or ability to obtain)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly capable Senior SharePoint Architect and Administrator to lead the design, development, and management of modern collaboration solutions for Navy stakeholders. This role will focus on architecting and administering SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and the broader Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps) within a secure Department of Defense (DoD) environment.
As a key technical leader, you will be responsible for optimizing platform functionality, ensuring governance compliance, and supporting end users to maximize productivity across the Navy's digital workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage SharePoint Online architecture, including site collections, metadata, permissions, and workflow integration.
- Administer and support Office 365 collaboration tools, including SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform applications.
- Develop and maintain custom solutions and automation workflows using Power Automate, PowerApps, and SPFx (SharePoint Framework).
- Monitor platform health, storage capacity, user activity, and security posture across Microsoft 365 services.
- Create and enforce governance plans, user policies, and role-based access models aligned with DoD cybersecurity requirements.
- Provide Tier II/III support to resolve complex SharePoint and O365 issues and implement system enhancements based on user feedback.
- Lead the migration of legacy content to SharePoint Online and ensure data integrity, compliance, and continuity.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, user guides, and SOPs to support operations and accreditation efforts.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience supporting and administering Microsoft O365 and SharePoint platforms, including at least 3 years with SharePoint Online in an enterprise or DoD environment.
- Proven expertise in PowerShell scripting, SharePoint Designer, and modern development using SPFx (React/TypeScript preferred).
- Experience with Office 365 Security & Compliance Center, sensitivity labels, DLP policies, and conditional access.
- Must hold or be able to obtain a DoD Cyber Workforce (CSWF) baseline certification (e.g., Security+, CISSP, or equivalent).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate, SharePoint Administrator, or Power Platform Developer.
- Familiarity with DoD RMF processes, STIG compliance, and FedRAMP-authorized O365 environments.
- Experience migrating content from on-premise SharePoint or file shares to the cloud using tools such as ShareGate or Metalogix.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work directly with stakeholders and non-technical users.
