Job Title: Business Development & Lead Generation Healthcare Staffing (1 - 5 Years Experience)
Location: Remote / Georgia, USA (Preference for candidates based in GA)
Role Type: Full-Time / Contract / Part-Time

We are looking for motivated professionals who want to build a career in business development and lead generation within the healthcare staffing industry.

- Business Administration / Management

(Other related majors are welcome)
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify healthcare facilities, clinics, and hospitals for staffing opportunities.
- Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate leads.
- Maintain and update CRM with client contact details and activity.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective clients.
- Support the business development team with proposal preparation and follow-ups.
- Assist in building a database of healthcare contacts and leads.
Ideal Candidate:
- 1 to 5 years of experience in business development / lead generation (healthcare staffing preferred).
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
- Comfortable making calls and sending professional emails.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
