Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Program Manager to oversee and coordinate a portfolio of projects aligned with strategic business goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful delivery of complex programs, and maintaining clear communication across stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor multiple projects under a single program.
- Define program roadmap, scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Coordinate efforts between project teams to ensure alignment and synergy.
- Monitor program performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and resource allocation across the program.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all program-related matters.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and transparency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of project or program management experience.
- Strong knowledge of project/program management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in tools like MS Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar.
- PMP, PgMP, or Scrum certifications are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
- Familiarity with change management principles.
- Domain-specific knowledge (e.g., IT, Healthcare, Finance) is a plus.
- Understanding of organizational development and team dynamics.
