Job Details
Location: San Antonio, TX or Findlay, OH - Remote (with possible travel to pipeline or plant sites)
Visa:
Duration: Long-term project

Client Note:
- Must have valid Change Management Certification (e.g. Prosci, CCMP)
- Must have strong experience (4-5 years) in Oil & Gas sector, specifically in pipelines or plant environments
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills required
- Must have LinkedIn and local profile only mentioned over LinkedIn as well
- Must have overall 10+ year experience
Required:
- 5+ years of Change Management experience in the oil sector (pipelines or plants)
- Proven track record leading change initiatives involving new systems/processes
- Experience conducting readiness assessments, impact analysis, and stakeholder mapping
- Familiarity with Management of Change (MOC) in safety-critical industries
- Strong skills in planning and executing communication, training, and adoption strategies
- Certification required: Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent
- Bachelor s degree in business, Engineering, Organizational Development, or related field
- Excellent communication and executive stakeholder engagement experience
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement environments
- Familiarity with digital transformation in oil/plant operations
- Hands-on experience using ADKAR or similar models
