Job Title : OIC developer for Oracle fusion field service
Fully Remote
Need on W2
<>Integration Development</>

  • Design, develop, and deploy integrations between Oracle Fusion Field Service (OFS) and other Oracle or third-party applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

  • Build real-time and batch integrations using REST, SOAP, FTP, and file-based interfaces.

  • Develop custom adapters and use prebuilt OIC adapters for applications like Oracle ERP, HCM, and Field Service Cloud.

  • Collaborate with business analysts and functional consultants to understand integration requirements.

  • Translate functional needs into technical integration specifications.

<>3. Monitoring and Troubleshooting</>

  • Monitor integration flows, diagnose errors, and ensure data integrity.

  • Troubleshoot integration failures and provide timely resolutions.

<>4. Data Mapping and Transformation</>

  • Perform data transformation and mapping using OIC capabilities.

  • Handle complex data structures such as JSON, XML, and CSV formats.

<>5. Security and Compliance</>

  • Implement security protocols such as OAuth2, JWT, and basic authentication for integrations.

  • Ensure secure transmission of data between systems and maintain audit trails.

<>6. Deployment and Migration</>

  • Package and migrate integration artifacts across environments (Dev, Test, Prod) using OIC Export/Import features.

  • Support CI/CD processes where applicable.

<>7. Performance Optimization</>

  • Optimize integrations for performance, error handling, and scalability.

  • Fine-tune long-running or high-volume processes.

<>8. Documentation and Training</>

  • Maintain detailed technical documentation for all integrations.

  • Provide knowledge transfer and support to internal IT or support teams.

<>9. Coordination with Field Service Functional Teams</>

  • Understand Oracle Fusion Field Service (OFS) configuration, events, and APIs.

  • Integrate OFS with Oracle SCM, Inventory, and Work Order modules.

<>10. Testing and Validation</>

  • Conduct unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

  • Ensure end-to-end validation of field service processes involving OIC integrations.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with Oracle Visual Builder or PCS (Process Cloud Service).

  • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Middleware, BPEL, or SOA Suite (for legacy environments).

  • Understanding of Oracle Field Service Mobile App integration and push notification flows.
