Summary: Enterprise Architects develop and maintain the IT architecture strategy, ensuring alignment between technology and business objectives. They guide technology adoption and system integration across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop enterprise architecture strategies and roadmaps.
- Evaluate and recommend technology solutions.
- Ensure alignment of IT systems with business goals.
- Design and maintain system integration standards.
- Monitor emerging technologies and trends.
- Collaborate with business and IT leaders to define architecture standards.
- Document architecture and maintain knowledge repositories.
- Provide governance for IT projects and initiatives.
- Identify technology risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Mentor IT teams on architecture best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in IT architecture or enterprise architecture roles.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, applications, and infrastructure.
- Experience with cloud and hybrid architectures.
Preferred Skills/Duties:
- TOGAF, Zachman, or other architecture certifications.
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to guide large-scale IT projects.
