We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to lead and coordinate customer-driven projects across multiple business units, including Aluminum, Division 8, Division 10, and Division 28. This role plays a critical part in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator with strong organizational and problem-solving skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and collaborating with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with technical requirements and customer expectations.

Develop, monitor, and maintain detailed project plans and timelines to track progress and meet key milestones.

Oversee project execution to ensure timely completion within scope and budget, managing adjustments as needed to timelines, costs, or deliverables.

Identify, log, and mitigate project risks and issues throughout the lifecycle of each project.

Act as the primary liaison between clients, internal departments, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and accountability.

Assign and monitor tasks to project team members, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

Conduct site visits and attend customer meetings to assess progress, safety, compliance, and alignment with scope.

Ensure quality control is maintained at all stages of the project.

Complete all necessary project documentation, including reporting, status updates, and close-out materials.

Build and maintain relationships with third-party partners and vendors.

Perform additional duties as required to support overall project success.
Qualifications:
-
Associate s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience in construction or related industries (Division 8, Division 10, aluminum storefront, etc.).

3-5 years of project management experience within relevant sectors.
-
Valid U.S. driver s license required.
Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, and other web-based project management tools.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-
Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Solid skills in budgeting, estimating, and data analysis.

Capable of identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements:

Must be able to regularly talk, hear, see, and use hands for various tasks.

Frequent standing, walking, reaching, and handling materials is required.
Work Environment:

Primarily office-based with regular use of standard office equipment (computers, phones, copiers, etc.).

Occasional travel may be required for site visits and client meetings.
