Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.

What You'll Do:
As a Service Security Technician, you'll be at the forefront of maintaining and supporting cutting-edge banking equipment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Service and Install Equipment: From ATMs to CCTV systems, you'll ensure everything is running smoothly.
- Diagnose & Repair Equipment Malfunctions: Use your problem-solving skills to keep our systems in top shape.
- Respond to Service Calls and Provide Customer Training: Be the hero who resolves issues and empowers customers with knowledge.
- Gather Equipment, Parts, and Supplies: Stay prepared for any maintenance or installation activities.
- Maintain Proper Parts Inventory Levels: Keep your vehicle stocked and ready for service calls.
- Provide Phone Tech Support: Offer assistance over the phone when needed.
- Proactive Customer Communication: Make calls to customers before service visits to troubleshoot issues.
- Accurate Record Keeping: Use our technician phone app to log hours and materials used.
- Adhere to OEM Standards: Maintain and repair equipment systems to the highest standards.
- Client Satisfaction: Work closely with clients to ensure they are happy with your work.
- Efficient Planning: Minimize time onsite and avoid multiple trips by planning ahead.
- Leadership and Training: Mentor newer or less experienced employees and train customers on new equipment.
- Coordinate with Service Dispatch Operator: Keep them informed of any changes or issues.

- Location: Ideally based in Birmingham, Hoover, or Tuscaloosa, with occasional coverage in Jackson, Mississippi.
- Coverage Area: Comfortable with a 2-hour driving radius for work.
