Certified Epic Cupid Analyst

Seeking a Certified Epic Cupid Analyst to support a short-term initiative focused on enhancing, customizing, and optimizing the Epic Cupid module.

The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of Epic Cupid, strong cardiology workflow experience, and the ability to handle multiple enhancement requests in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Epic Cupid Enhancements Lead and support design, build, testing, and deployment of enhancements in the Epic Cupid module.
• Workflow Optimization Partner with clinical teams to streamline documentation and procedural workflows, reducing manual effort and improving usability.
• Third-Party Integration Ensure seamless integration with cardiology systems such as Epiphany (ECG management) and hemodynamic systems (GE Sensis, Philips Xper).
• Project Work Handle small-scale projects (2 3 hours each) independently to reduce backlog.
• Structured Reporting Support structured reporting initiatives, including data mapping and registry transitions (e.g., CathPCI).

Required Skills

• Epic Cupid Certification (current must have).
• Experience with both invasive and non-invasive cardiology workflows.
• Strong background with third-party cardiology applications (Epiphany, hemodynamic systems).
• Proficiency in structured reporting, data mapping, and registry transitions.
• Ability to work independently, manage high request volume, and deliver solutions under tight timelines.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate clinical needs into technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Mac Lab/Cardio Lab(nice to have).
• Familiarity with ticketing systemsfor request tracking.
• Prior experience supporting Epic Go-Livesand optimization projects in large health systems.
