IT Support Specialist
Reporting to the Senior Manager, IT Operations, the IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing day-to-day IT support for foundation community members, including desktop computers, laptops, mobile devices, wired and wireless networks, software and cloud services.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Fulfill technology support requests from foundation staff
- Respond to help desk tickets
- Configure and deploy Macs
- Troubleshoot hardware and facilitate repairs (primarily Apple)
- Manage cloud accounts and software licenses
- Test and deploy software
- Carry out basic networking requests
- Engage in relevant training and educational activities
- Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned or required
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or related field or equivalent experience
- Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT) or willingness to get certified
Desired Experience
- 2-3 years of experience with Mac troubleshooting and support
- Experience with macOS MDM solutions such as Jamf
- Experience administering and supporting Google Workspace, Dropbox and Office 365
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure or other identity management/SSO platforms

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- The full-time annual compensation range for this position is $65,000 to $80,000 depending on experience.
